About Sabrina Woods
Holistic Career/Life Coach, Workshop Facilitator, Speaker & Consultant
I help people to navigate challenging, or sometimes even mystifying, career and life transitions. You might be in a toxic work environment, feel lost about your next move, or burnt out by work that has never been quite right. This means you might also be pretty stressed out. This is hard stuff.

In my work, I focus on career and life possibilities, but also what might take the edge off the stress in this moment. As a coach, I often draw on mindfulness practices and positive psychology principles.
It's a holistic and resilient approach to career change and job search, so it often includes helping you develop a Wellness Strategy to go in tandem while you work towards your goals.

My background includes 20 years’ in the career services field at universities including Harvard, Northeastern and the University of London. In addition to coaching, I facilitate webinars and train-the-trainer sessions for other career coaches ranging from the Myers Briggs and Mindfulness to Linkedin and Salary Negotiation.
Sessions have been taught in the US, UK and Middle East.

My desire is to educate, engage and inspire. During a webinar or coaching session, you might sense my authenticity, down-to-earth nature, and infectious energy.

I am also the President and manage the volunteer board for the Career Counselors Consortium based in Boston. I have an MA in Holistic Counseling and BS in Business. For additional background info, see Linkedin.

Creating a Wellness Strategy
Part of having a holistic approach to career / life changes means paying attention to your emotional and physical wellness during what can be a rather stressful time. As part of your coaching process you'll create a wellness strategy, so you can be proactive about your wellbeing.

Take a moment and ask yourself what does it look like when you are at your best related to each of these 4 categories?
  • Movement / Exercise
  • Social / Emotional
  • Nutrition
  • Sleep
We often know what is best, but we let it go by the wayside. Now might be the perfect time to reassess and take small actions to improve your everyday moments, as you work towards meeting bigger goals.
