When is the last time you gave yourself time to reflect?

Walking down a trail, through the woods, is when inspiration hits me.  I don't know what it is about being in nature, but it seems to do an amazing job of connecting me more easily to my "inner knowing".  Ideas come bounding in. Being in nature also gives me a strong sense of peace. Having space away from a rather hectic pace and long to-do list is also a big draw to being in the woods.

“Reflection is looking in so you can look out with a broader, bigger, and more accurate perspective.”- Mick Ukleja & Robert Lorber

Workshop Details:

During this unique "outdoor workshop," you'll have the chance to join with others on a gentle hike through the woods.

We'll talk about setting intentions and how to make space for our inner knowing / intuition.

Journaling or optional writing exercises will be provided to help you reflect on your life and what you want / need right now, including a piece about the Fall Equinox.

There will be an opportunity to do a short, silent walking meditation, as one wonderful method of being more open, mindful and grounded.

We will cover approximately 3 to 3 1/2 miles of trails.  Most trails are flat with the exception of the first 1/2 mile which has exposed tree roots.

Please bring a lunch, water, something to sit on and extra layers (it will feel colder when we are sitting on the ground).
What to bring:

Lunch & Water
Hiking boots or sneakers

Towel / blanket to sit on
Journal / notebook

Pen
Wear comfortable clothes, bring extra layers, and jacket

Optional items:
Small pillow to sit on
Bug spray
Hat
Sunscreen
Backpack
