2020 will be remembered by most as an unbelievably challenging year. Yet, I bet there was also growth and joy, hand-in-hand with the sorrow, fear and exhaustion.
The beginning of a new year, especially this year, can be a time when we stop and reflect back as well as look to, and think about, the year ahead. While many people often make those famous New Year's resolutions, this session will be a bit different.
The goal for this workshop is to give you the space to go beyond a mere resolution, to take a deeper and more meaningful look at what really matters to you.
Through exercises, jornaling and discussions you'll have the opportunity to think about what you'd really like to bring into your life, and even perhaps what you'd like to let go of. These could be tangible things, such as seeking a new job.
Or they could be less tangible, for example related to the way you think or see things. One shift could be in recognizing and truly appreciating all that you have, seeing this with fresh eyes. Or perhaps there is a belief system in place that no longer serves you? This session is your chance to think more deeply and see what emerges.
We'll utilize meditations and a short tai chi movement exercise to help you bring out your answers to what is important to you right now.
Multiple breaks will be included, as well as some longer work in pairs.
